The Role

A rare opportunity is available for an energetic intern interested in becoming an entrepreneur of the future to develop a HR project in a fast growing company  You will be developing a solid model for identifying the staff requirements  and improving the work processes of this dynamic company preparation for growth.

You will need the confidence to evaluate current processes and staffing model to understand the capabilities and efficiencies within the existing systems and their processes and  produce a report on them with recommendations on what talent and process improvements could be implemented.

You will need to be confident and capable of dealing with different departments and staff and understanding the vision and ethics that Wall luxury essentials have grown from. You will be a part of the vision they have to grow the business further.

Wall luxury Essentials is successful; rapidly growing multi-channel fashion company located is spacious offices in West London. It has sophisticated retail, catalogue and online portals and uses highly targeted marketing analysis and strategy.

Key Purpose of Role:

-       Assist the Director by providing research and analysis for restructuring of staff and processes for growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

-       Provide research and analysis on staff roles.

-       Analysis of existing processes and systems

-       Report on findings

 

Formal Qualifications or other experience essential to the role

The candidate will need to have a  degree in HR or suitable business degree.

Required Skills

The most essential factor is having excellent people skills and the ability to strategically look at business and staffing models

You will need to be able to  confidently report on  your findings and make recommendations.

You will have strong research and analytical skills and ability to understand the ‘so what’ and “what if” scenarios.

You will be able to develop strategies on recruitment, training, leadership development, succession planning, systems implementation and workforce development — critical for effective long-term planning.
