Key Purpose of Role:
- Assist the Director by providing research and analysis for restructuring of staff and processes for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide research and analysis on staff roles.
- Analysis of existing processes and systems
- Report on findings
Formal Qualifications or other experience essential to the role:
The candidate will need to have a degree in HR or suitable business degree.
The most essential factor is having excellent people skills and the ability to strategically look at business and staffing models
You will need to be able to confidently report on your findings and make recommendations.
You will have strong research and analytical skills and ability to understand the ‘so what’ and “what if” scenarios.
You will be able to develop strategies on recruitment, training, leadership development, succession planning, systems implementation and workforce development — critical for effective long-term planning.
